Propaganda Studio was commissioned to produce corporate office photography for L'Oréal at their Singapore headquarters — delivering a comprehensive library of authentic workplace imagery for use across marketing, recruitment, internal communications and press.
The brief centred on three core themes: diversity and inclusion across L'Oréal's multicultural Singapore team, authentic workplace scenarios showing real collaboration and day-to-day work culture, and environmental photography of the office space itself. This combination of people, process and place is increasingly the standard for corporate office photography at the multinational level — brands need imagery that communicates not just what the office looks like, but who works there and how the culture feels.
Shooting authentic diversity and team photography in a live office environment requires a specific approach — building rapport quickly with employees who are not professional models, creating natural-looking scenarios without over-staging, and maintaining the genuine energy of a real workplace throughout a full day of shooting. Our Singapore-based photographer worked closely with L'Oréal's local HR and communications team to plan the session, identify the right employees and spaces, and ensure the final imagery reflected the actual diversity and culture of the Singapore office.
The resulting images — covering individual portraits, small team collaboration scenes, meeting room scenarios, open-plan workspace moments and environmental office photography — provide L'Oréal's global marketing and HR teams with a versatile library of Singapore-specific content for websites, LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, annual reports and internal communications.
Corporate office and diversity photography of this kind is an increasingly important asset for multinationals operating across Asia — communicating authentic local team culture to both global and regional audiences. Propaganda Studio produces workplace and office photography for international companies across Singapore, Shanghai, Seoul, Hong Kong, Tokyo and Taiwan, with experienced local teams in each market.
