The brief centred on three core themes: diversity and inclusion across L'Oréal's multicultural Singapore team, authentic workplace scenarios showing real collaboration and day-to-day work culture, and environmental photography of the office space itself. Shooting authentic diversity and team photography in a live office environment requires a specific approach — building rapport quickly with employees who are not professional models, creating natural-looking scenarios without over-staging, and maintaining the genuine energy of a real workplace throughout a full day of shooting.
